A dessert in less than 10 minutes? Yes, it is possible. This banana mug cake is a very simple recipe that is prepared in a mug and cooked in the microwave. An ideal recipe for those days when we don't have much time to make something delicious and improvised for breakfast, a snack or even a dessert to surprise your guests! Ingredients for 4 servings

4 large ripe bananas

2 eggs

8 tablespoons of coconut milk

8 teaspoons of honey

16 tablespoons of almond flour

chopped walnuts to taste

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

1 teaspoon of baking powder

sunflower oil for greasing

1 pinch of salt

Method of preparation

First, grease each of the cups with sunflower oil, this way you will prevent the cake from sticking to the sides of the cup and it will be easier to unmold.

Then beat the eggs with the coconut milk, cinnamon and salt.

Add the honey, the walnuts and finally the almond flour.

Peel the bananas, mash them and then add them to the dough.

Mix with a fork and finally add the yeast. Mix until obtaining a homogeneous mass.

Then fill only ¾ of the cups with the batter so it doesn't overflow in the microwave.

Place the cups one by one in the microwave and cook on high power for 3 minutes. After that time, poke the cake with a toothpick to check if it is well baked.

If you notice it's not completely done, cook it again for another 30 seconds.

Meanwhile, slice the bananas for the topping.

Place them over the cake, drizzle with honey, sprinkle with cinnamon and then microwave for another 30 seconds.

Serve immediately.
