Ingredients

2 tablespoons of olive oil

600 g chicken fillet

1 teaspoon of salt

black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons of tomato paste

3 minced garlic cloves

1 teaspoon of fennel seeds

red pepper flakes to taste

1 cup of tomato pulp

1 cup of sour cream

½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese

4 cups of chopped kale

basil to taste

How to prepare Creamy Chicken with Tomato

First, season the chicken with ½ teaspoon of salt and black pepper to taste.

Then take a large skillet to the fire and heat the oil until it gets shiny.

Add the chicken to the skillet, lower the heat and fry until browned on one side, about 5 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for another 5 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the tomato paste, garlic, fennel seeds, red pepper flakes and then cook for about 1 minute.

Then add the tomato and let it cook for 3 minutes.

Then add the cream, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese and kale, stirring until the kale is wilted.

Finally, season with the remaining salt and add the chicken back to the skillet.

Let it cook for another 5 minutes for the chicken to absorb the flavors.

Serve topped with fresh basil and remaining Parmesan cheese.
