400 ml of Greek yogurt
200 ml of condensed milk
2 large lemons
50 g icing sugar
Method of preparation
First, wash the lemons very well.
Then grate the rind of the lemons and set aside. Be careful not to grate the white part because it is very bitter.
Cut the lemons in half, squeeze to remove the juice and set aside. If you prefer, you can strain the juice before using it.
Pour all the yogurt into a large bowl, then pour in the condensed milk. Mix very well and then pour in the lemon juice.
With the help of a fouet mix all the ingredients until they are well integrated.
The lemon juice will help give the mousse consistency.
Then pour the mousse into individual bowls. Sprinkle with lemon zest and then refrigerate for hours to set.
When serving, place a thin slice of lemon over the mousse and sprinkle with icing sugar.
If you don't like the light bitterness of Greek yogurt or don't have this ingredient on hand, you can use any other yogurt variety. But in that case, add a little less condensed milk.
