1 kg of chicken fillet
1 cup of milk tea
2 tablespoons of corn starch
1 dessert spoon of nutmeg
¼ dessert spoon of black pepper
½ cup of breadcrumbs
½ cup oat flakes
1 tablespoon mustard
30 grams of grated cheese
juice of 2 lemons
Method of preparation
First, season the chicken fillets with lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
Then beat the egg with the milk and mustard.
In a deep dish, mix the breadcrumbs with the oatmeal.
Proceed to breading your chicken steaks. To do this, pass them first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs with the oatmeal.
Squeeze the breadcrumbs a little so that the breadcrumbs stick well.
Then place the fillets on a baking sheet greased with a little oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Tip: if you want to cook the fried milanesas, do it in a lot of oil and at medium temperature so they don't burn and cook completely. Cook them for 5 minutes and remove them. Dry them with absorbent paper and continue with the next step.
Meanwhile, prepare the Swiss sauce. To do this, dissolve the cornstarch with the milk in a pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, from that moment on, stir so that it does not stick or form lumps. Season with nutmeg and pepper.
After 10 minutes of cooking the milanesas, if they are golden, turn them over and cover them with the white sauce you prepared earlier. On top add the grated cheese.
Finally, put them back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Serve immediately with golden potatoes or a nice salad.
